Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's rooms were beautifully appointed and decorated with attention to an ocean/beach theme; very comfy beds and a clean and pleasant ambiance. The service was great overall, except for one receptionist. The location was outstanding with beautiful views, though noise affected some rooms. The dining experience was great with a variety of delicious options. The hotel's facilities were well-maintained.
The hotel offers comfortable rooms with a terrace, though a deep clean may be needed. The service was exceptional with staff going above-and-beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The location in Watson's Bay is fabulous, steps away from the ferry with fantastic waterfront views. Dining experience, while basic, was fresh and plentiful. Facilities were well-kept with iconic views of Sydney Harbor.
The hotel provides spacious and very comfortable rooms, though they may need a little more bench space. The service was a mix of arrogance and excellence. The location is fantastic for guests interested in beach activities, but a car is needed for further exploration. Dining was a delightful experience overlooking the harbor. Overall, a comfortable stay with some room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms were absolutely gorgeous in every way, from the layout to the location and the stunning view. The service was good, although a bit impersonal at times. The location was unbeatable, right on the water with a nice view of the city skyline. The dining options were varied and beautifully presented, adding to the enjoyment. However, the additional charge for some dining choices was a downside.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, near the beautiful Camp Cove beach and just a stone's throw away from the ferry. The rooms were comfortable and clean, although a bit noisy due to the kitchen extractor. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, always going above and beyond to assist. The dining experience was delightful, offering a variety of fresh and plentiful options with stunning bay views. The facilities were well-maintained and added to the overall relaxation of the stay.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms in Harbour Loft Rooms and Watsons Loft Rooms and King rooms were quite nice, but they were constantly noisy. The service, especially at the front reception by Maisie and Nicole, was wonderful and eager to assist with any queries, even on their breaks. The location was great and relaxing, with loads of history and breathtaking views, although being above the keg storage and garbage area was a downside. The dining, including the lovely Sunday breakfast, was incredible, but the breakfast not being replenished often enough was a minor dislike. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
